MIXED LEVEL CLASS
This vinyasa style class will address all your body's needs enhancing balance & symmetry that is lost throughout daily life.  You will be guided through simply breathing exercises (pranayama) to improve energy levels, allowing the stressed out mind to peacefully chill.  A systematic set of yoga postures (asanas) helping to increase physical activity, flexibility & range of motion. 
Whilst developing full body core strength.  You will be rewarded with a well deserved final relaxation (savasana) that will have you leaving the class less stressed & feeling healthier, happier & revitalized.

YOGA FOR BEGINNER'S
This class is a complete body workout what ever your ability.
Tailorted to each individual's needs to bring about a state of balance.
You will slowly work through a pranayama & asana practice harmonizing & transforming the whole body, physically, emotionally & mentally to restore balance on all levels.  This class will shape tone & energise.
HEATED YOGA 
​​Jill's Heated Flow classes is perfect for those who wish to sweat it out.
The heated room will invite you to relax quicker into your practice, lengthening & strengthening your muscles whilst increasing your stamina and burn those calories.

You will need to bring a water bottle to keep you well  hydrated and a towel to wipe away that sweat.

PRIVATE YOGA TUITION - YIN STYLE

You will be gently guided though a series of Yin yoga positions to nourish the natural range of motion of your joints, relaxing in the warm & peaceful candle lit studio, rich in scents to help slow down the nervous system. Your teacher will give hands on adjustments if desired to help discover a better alignment and stability in the postures.
The soft relaxing background music will help the mind rest, pause and clear. A range of special props to support the joints during this practice such as bolsters, pillows, blocks and straps may be used to aid this tranquil session, leaving you with a greater sense of calm.

PRIVATE YOGA TUITION - YANG STYLE

This Yang style yoga session is designed to wake you up and get the blood flowing. The emphasis will be on building strength and endurance. You will move actively through a powerful sequence of heat generating asanas flowing with the rhythm and beat of the background music. You will feel invigorated and energised by the end of this dynamic hour.
